I have no idea how the friends list chat work, but here are some ideas which would help. I want to be able to group my contacts so that I know who is from which clan. For example I want to be able to put all of Clan A into one section, Clan B into another section Clan C in another section and so on. That way I can also group my contacts who are Mercs (EB helpers) into another group.
