I downloaded the game got to level 6 and and I won't let me receive nobility. And now the offer is gone.
If you go to the new added feature, select the support option, then select the promotion you were working on, select support and see what is happening, if you have done everything by the instructions you may send support off and they'll look into it, remember that ata support members cannot assist you, it is that promotional ad creator, so best to contact them, remember to read the instructions carefully. Sometimes after doing it, the rewards usually takes some time to be passed onwards to you, so please give it about 30 minutes. For me it took about 15/20 minutes. Hope this helps. I think I done two of the same promos. Upgrade lvl.5 castle and upgrade lvl.6 hq. Got my rewards just fine.. I did a bunch of others though and they won't work either but oh well lol.
