OK so I was just wondering, don't know if these have been suggested yet. 1. Having a higher rank than an admin (other than the owner) so that admins are allowed to start ebs, but the higher rank is allowed to start ebs and accept people into the clan. 2. Having like a sticky note like deal in the clan. So instead of having to go on the internet, you can put down what items and such go with what phases.
