Eaglepaw let in a calm breath as he spotted the fat rabbit munching on sweet grass. His brown tabby fur blending in with the trees, he stalked toward the rabbit on silent paws. "you're easy prey," he thought. A crow let out a cry, and the rabbit took off, faster than Eaglepaw imagined. He raced after the rabbit, still silent, matching the rabbits grace and speed. Clawing his way up a tree, he watched the rabbit as it looked around, and thinking the danger was gone, returned to munching on grass and flowers. Eaglepaw leapt out of the tree, giving the rabbit a swift bite to the neck. His heart still pounding from he chase, he stood up and walked back to camp, filled with praise for catching such a fine meal.
