When you join a game you are not ment to just power level, new players get enough boost just from volley they need time to learn the game and not get free handouts or they become dependant on handouts
I agree with cuddly, It may seem like a good idea in your head but really it would just hurt the community in so many ways. If we did this then once they stopped getting cash they would be reliant on people just giving them cash and they wouldn't be able to grow on their own. Also, it would cause an uprise in people with high stats that don't know what they're doing. Being small and growing is a learning experience, it's bad enough that people get a large boost when they first start out by saying "Volley me I'm new" in world chat. Overall, this is just one of those bad ideas that may seem like a great idea when you just pop up with it. But the more you analyze it then the more you see of the negative effects.
Have CS= Max ally price and not have wire but have it so that As the player upgrades they get rewards for Completing something in a certain time
