In mid-Janurary of 2011, Fan Fiction was falling into a sad, darker version of it's former self. After some thought, Starwars6374 brought forth the idea of a list of rules, created and edited by the many users. "A Fan Fiction Constitution" FeatherHunter called it, and this was born. Fan Fiction Constitution I. A player may not post on the story of another user, unless permitted by thread creator.* II. A player may not commit spamming of any kind. a. A player should not create threads unrelated to Fan Fiction. b. A player should not bash or "troll" a thread that follows all terms. c. A player should not spam posts (2 or more consecututive posts on a thread, with one or more being unnesscecary) III. A player MAY NOT create any roleplay threads in Fan Fiction a. This law does not exclude moderators. b. Certain Roleplays will be allowed with Guardian approval. IV. A player who posts a story should be willing to accept critism from others. V. A player may not post a comment that is meant to be stupid, or an annoyance. VI. A player should not post comments that are off topic to the original thread. VII. Failure to follow any of these terms may result in punishment Constitution Enforcment If a player violates any of these terms, they will recieve a strike. Consequences are as follows; 1 strike: Warning 2 strikes: 1 day farming 3 strikes: Perma-farm Additional measures will be taken past 3 strikes. If a player violates any areas of the ToU (Terms of Use) they will recieve a report to the ATA developers and risk bans. Possible violatons include: 1. Spamming 2. Refusing to leave a thread after a ban by owner. 3. Contains any language or content that is outlined as prohibited in ToU 4. Advertising third-party content 5. Violates any other sections of ToU.
