  3. We can't say for sure, but probably sometime next week (Tuesday maybe). The developers usually don't give any info about an event before it's released.

    Find the Button "Battle" and press

    Go Down List unload all Troops

    Go Back Up List unload all Spies

    Sit Back and Collect Rewards and Respect

    Repeat with Crystals or wait an hour and repeat
