I only had 600 but ant been on for few days I can't see them in items list they gone scales r still there like but no event
Put in a help ticket with support explaining your situation. First make sure your app is up to date. Second tap on the ape in the lower left of your home screen if on android or tap on the help button if on idevice to put in a help ticket.
