While I really like the primal format I find many players just aren't ideal size to add to a great roster (the majority of players). If all players were allowed to build a mock (fantasy) build how they wanted either on 1 grid or all 4 then all would be truly even. Let this be set up and changed any time before matchups are made. Keep the primal format but be sure not to count clan bonus, reset, pro packs, etc. While all the formats are good I think this would be a good addition that'd add lots to the warring community.
Support! I like the concept, especially for ASW or a warrior (trophy) ladder. Every player would be able to war a build they prefer, or would like to try. And making every kingdom equal would make the participation go thru the roof. One thing to add is a cap on towers ... say max of 5 per land. Being limited to 20 towers would make extreme turtles out of the equation.
I think that would increase the numbers of people participating in wars. Hopefully mean closer and more challenging wars
