Win a system war. Every time your clan wins you get the next level. After 1 or 2 weeks (not sure which) it runs out. If you leave the clan you lose it. At the moment normal wars do not give EE, just beta testing wars. Eventually. they will release an update meaning all wars give EE.
Normal wars won't give estoc's edge, just a special war event that is going to start happening weekly.
