Hello KAWmmunity, fist time post so be gentle. I have been thinking, A dangerous pass time I know, about Potions and Armor and how we go about getting both. For instance if a new postion is being introduced how about it is done in conjunction with a set of Armor and if necessary new element for enchanting, I would add here that a new element for each set of armor is ridiculous but it can seperate the different sets and make everyone have to start from the same position which is "I have none have to get enough to enchant to whatever level." So the hunt is on new EB drops new Potion and new armor, potion buys new element that enchants new armor. Full set includes, helmet, chest plate, arm plate, shoulder, gloves, brackets, boots, shield, sword 2 rings and an amulet standard stuff. Now for the difference each piece of armor has it's own stats ideally for both attack and defence but for both soldiers and spies. Level one for example Soldier 1,000,000 Defence 1,250,000 Spies. 500,000 Defence 750,000 The point is it has both because armor is meant to have coverage for both. Less for spies because they would find it bulky and not as stealthy as one might think. The trick here is each piece gives something but when you have the full set it changes and gives a % (5% to10% spread maybe) for stats relevant to your size, and it gives you a plunder boost of (10%) as long as you wear it as a set. Keep in mind that EBs require specific items to be worn to hit so you may not get your bonus for all EBs and you can't get the bonus until enchanted to level 10. So Drops would be spread out across several EB series presumably the new tiers, new potions can be introduced new elements can be introduced you can even make it so you have to still collect old elements because you need 4 aqua 8 inferno 10 psion 15 kryon 15 mithril and 500 bronze bars for level 6 for example that way you keep current elements in play. If you want it you have to play the older EBs. I mention mithril because if you want to involve everyone in war the ultimate goal I assume, the only way to get it is by warring. So the carrot is armor fully charged 10% of my total (like the Abyssal blade) and 10% plunder boost when it's on as a set. As for the old armor establish a blacksmith that will buy the old stuff and give you price based on level and will also give you some of you aqua and inferno but you can't buy items from him just sell him your unwanted items, knowing some are needed for EBs and some are rare won in all star or special events but once sold gone forever, no take backs. The blacksmith can be introduced with a castle upgrade to level 4 castle with better stats and the blacksmith. As I said keeping in my in mind you need certain items to hit certain EBs selling them would mean having to hunt them again. I would also expect EBs that drop those items to become the EBs that drop aqua and inferno at a slightly better if not larger rate. If I rambled my apologies, just tired of having mismatched equipment that after an event if I missed it is weak and unenchantable therefore unusable and I wasted my time trying to get drops and collecting elements never to be used again.
This is really thought out actually. I support this idea. Just because of the obvious time put into thinking about it.
I like the idea but think that sets should not have to be maxed out also some sets dont have all spots taken so do the empty spots count as extra or are they blocked out?
I like the idea of sets, and bonuses. I couldn't force myself to read the rest of the block, so I don't know what else you said. But it seems thought out, and you have my support.
I didn't read it all. But did it mention what happens to old excess material? I'd hate to waste 100's of aqua...
I just went back and read it all, I don't like the idea of new materials though. Because then we would need to do multiple ebs many times for different drops. Besides that, it looks good.
