Base gold payout from epics on player size, not "difficulty". Instead of making it impossible for a new player to hit a haunting, just give them gold equal to what they would make on a warbeasts. why? because i hate running training clans for newbs. i hate it. But there is no other way to introduce new players to the game atm. the current setup divides players into 3 tiers: brandnewb, newb, and everyone else. Because new players cannot grow in clans with more experienced memebers, they go around forever being noobs or just leaving the game. In a training clan, I can tell them that begging for hires is a waste of time that annoys people. I can teach them a lot of things that eventually make them less noobish. BUT the amount of time it takes to beat the noob out of them, is really starting to bother me. I would much, much rather just have a handful of newbs in the main clan with the rest of us. Let everyone hit any epic. Reunite KAW. support this idea - it will lead to many more larger players for you all to farm.
Sorry, In video game you have to be new and learn to get to the finish line. If you "cheat" your way to the end the payout isn't as good as it should be.
I think the Ambush EB's golem horde bar can be hit by newbies. I think you just need a couple strong guys to do the other parts.
I am not talking about making the epics any easier. a clan with 5 members with a total combined stats of 50k would still not be able to do a haunting. they would be just able to HIT it at a low damage.
