Efficient Conversion to T5 from T4

  1. Those Kingdoms with T4s on highlands n T4s not L3 in lowlands, the following I hope is a beneficial guide for you.

    On Aug 15 EST, sell all your T4s n below on HighLands. You will be refunded 60% of building costs.

    On Aug 16, upgrade all your T4 to T4L3, why? Bcos T4L3 is now 50% off permanently.

    You may also purchase T5L1 till T5L2 on Aug 16th.

    If you sell your T4s on 16 Aug, you'll only be refunded 50% which on Aug 16, will become de-rigeur

  9. You get 5 bil per T4 you sell right now that's roughly 20%. After next Thursday you will get 2.5 bil or roughly 10% return on sales. Meaning sell before Thursday or face huge losses.

  15. Yeah but I have no money to replace all the ones I sell :( so I'd be a LOT weaker of I sold any I my t4. I'm jut going to have to take the loss (thanks devs)

  16. Yes it's my understanding is 20% refund.
    I took SS before any change on haunting 43.7M and after replacing a Titan and Coe plunder is dwn to 38.9.
    We always told our new ppl in our clans not to build an L1 SOS. We told them to upgrade each T4 to L3 before building the next. Now T5 madness and whining has infected KaW. Item hunting almost suspended xstals burning on the haunting campfire.
    It seems the wanna be leaders are in a panic to remain on top.
    For my kingdoms what ever I can afford to L2 Thursday will be torn down Wednesday to save that little 2.5B per return.
    Oddly enough despite all this frantic building my LB has only moved 3 positions as ppl pass me with large numbers of T5 buildings. I expect my approach will place me in the high 1600's end of next week.
    My advise, remain calm.
