ee (individual) and noobs

  1. Hey folks,

    With the advent of indi wars replacing more tradition clan based ee, we should consider noobs of 150 spy and 400 attack cs be in couraged to play ee war to build strength, and have some fun while not having to be bc to have fun in ee wars

  3. No. I want noobs to be able to war . individual ee allows you to match with other noobs (stat less newbies)
