Eb Start up time

  1. In my opinion the Ebs should start in max. 5 minutes and not 15

    In case You do Rotwb B2B the eb takes 2 minutes and waiting 15

  3. I think this should be zero startup time to help us gain more gold especially if it's hte and you are paying why don't you get to make the rules
