Seals were shown at 29 nobility each in the market place on my iPhone, so I buy some but notice that I have been charged 59 nobility each. I contact ATA through their in game help channel and provide a screen shot that the seals were listed as 29 nobility each. They acknowledge that a glitch caused the wrong price to be displayed after the promo seal prices had ended, but they refuse to either refund the difference or alternatively take the seals away and refund the nobility points used. So how can we be expected to trust the market place prices in future? It seems ATA just do what they like without any care or consideration to their customers. Why are they allowed to get away with false advertising, misleading prices and blame a glitch?
