Hey all, this isn't going to be a long thread but it might be because I'm winging it as opposed to my organised thoughts placed into a seperate word processor. So let's begun. The forums are phpBB not ATA. Something so useless would just waste time that could be better spent on good implements
Support. Might need some re-programming though. Priority? Alternatively make more use of the forums. Separate the Clans from the Clans and Alliance section and allow each Clan to make one thread for the purpose of showing off their artwork and mission statements, and to handle recruitment (which I don't think is officially allowed, correct me?). Weed out (delete) and actively re-locate other threads to their appropriate sections 'cos its a mess right now. The character limit in the Clan information pages atm is woeful.
The idea is cool, but the forum servers and game servers are not the same, so they'd have to throw in so much to just make it compatible for clans to do it as well as the codes themselves, sounds like a lot of clog and dev time for something many may not feel to be a proper addition to the game, or even be able to see on forums because not a large amount post or come onto forums. Again a very interesting idea, nothing against it just in the long run it probably isn't the best one.
They could provide a link on the clan page or under 'manage clan' that will take people to the clan threads.
