I know you maximize plunder on attacks in EBs by skimming, but what about on assassinations? Is there a diminishing return on plunder earned as your assassin bar gets lower? You can't tell just looking at the screen but behind the scenes is plunder being reduced? Is your plunder earned at the end better if you also skim on assassinations?
From what tests I have done, it is too. However, I have not got conclusive proof for this. Its just what I can "estimate" from my results.
Skimming attacks doesnt matter as much if youve only got 1 attack building, especially if its just a T3, but if youre building multiple, or T4 and T5, skimming attacks is advisable. The difference is visible. However, please note this does not apply to short eb's. For example under an hour hauntings. There, unloading is best. (from what I can tell by my own testing)
There is behind the scenes reduction of plunder. 3 assassinations per regain ==> assassinations per skim
