I only ate 920 calories for the whole day,and I feel amazing,way better then when I was eating 2000-3000 calories a day,I felt more energized,less hungry cause I had been eating nutrient dense foods.only downside is I had a late night craving,but 1 dill pickle made that go away real quick.my advice for you guys or girls that wanna get on or start a diet,drop down to around 800-1400 calories a day,trust me you'll feel amazing.just make sure the foods you are eating are healthy and not garbage or you will have a hard time sticking to it
Or just exercise for 30 minutes a day whilst cutting out all soft drink (just drink water) and only drink alcohol on the weekends
Cutting out soda for water is a big deal. Well, if sodas are a common beverage for a person. I eat pretty much anything i like and keep a 28-29 waist, and thats as an adult. Im also physically active 7 days a week too, but the sodas are terrible if you're trying to stay lean.
When I ran track last year of high school I was 6 foot one with a 28 inch waist. Once I accidentally put in my girlfriend's jeans on by mistake and we laughed cause they were bigger than mine. Lol
One thing is for sure, I didn't get a 28 inch waist by eating cheeseburgers. Lol nearly vegetarian with emphasis on fish/crab meat.
