@Devs regarding your beta testing

  1. Plz note, I am only making a forum about this due to the fact that support has not responded to my tickets regarding my issue.


    Scenario : I signed up for the beta testing of ATA's new game.

    Issue : the email I signed up with, is no longer a valid, working, and accessible email.

    Is there anyway that I can replace that email with a working one? @Devs

  3. Incorrect. They said they were ramping it down, not shutting it down. So if you're not getting a response via the new system, I would try the old.
     
  4. I wouldn't try emailing. Been told by the devs that they will no longer be answering emails and the emails will be automated. Pretty much telling you to put in a help ticket. Right now support is backlogged with all the help tickets being opened for the beta so they are getting to them allies fast as they can. Just put your issue into your current help ticket and wait for a response. The beta wont be out for a little while so there is still time.
     
  5. From what I have read online the app codenamed Kraken beta will not start for around another 2-3 weeks so there is still time :)
     
  6. TBH they prob got lots of signups so you will prob just get crossed off list
     
  7. Support tickets have always been answered for me. The trick is to post a concise and genuine question as to not waste their time.

    They somehow still manage to surprise me with the decisions they make.
     
  9. They stopped answering emails and put a place in game that you can open a ticket up with support directly. Supposed to bebbetter than email
     
  10. I think the new help tab is awesome since I'm personally too lazy to write emails. Only issue I have is that you can't attach pictures aka screenshots which makes it a lot more difficult and annoying. I hope they add that.

(Colour=I like colours dont judge me)Hello mr TL im sure they will answer your ticket in due time :D I responded with the email adress straight away but I didnt get a reply till a few hours later saying it was confirmed. Just be patient and I'm sure they'll come back to you :D (/colour)
     

  12. I sent a ticket asking about it when it first came out, they said they are hoping to add that feature soon.

  15. Yea I've used that open ticket crap on the other game and it crap. So I'll assume it won't be any better on KaW.

  18. 2 days late is regular for them. But I wouldn't be surprised if your case was closed before they even address it due to time lapse lol.
     
  19. They started tickets for the people they have picked it seems. So if you didnt get one then it probably dont matter at this point.
