Device Transfer

  1. It said to contact support after I tried. Why is this?

  2. Because it has exceeded maximum transfers (5), is locked, or is banned.

    Email support and find out...

  5. If it is just locked you should still be able to access it on pc, or perhaps the transfer never went through. I don't know your personal situation so all speculation.

  6. Can't you just sign into it using your facebook info or is that just android?
