  18. I'm pretty sure I've seen something like this before...then again apocalyptic stories/books are kinda common. Interesting beginning though. The "my name is____ and this is my story is also a bit cliché, but I shouldn't judge since I used it too once. 

    Overall good beginning, if a bit short. I'll be keeping an eye on this one.
