Attack to Hansel Cons Conversion of lowlands if going for a larger hansel build you'd be converting straight to SoS which will drop your instant plunder(when you hit eb/player) it's a long ass grind but it pays off in the end. Both on your final bonus and your hit ratio. Mango noted that the plunder ddrop is from levels of SoS above level one, but if you mix spy buildings it drops even lower. Now as having minimal attack buildings leaves your chances at hitting the higher end ebs harder. But that is remedied with BFA and BFE. Most people build a hansel with 1-5 attack buildings, it's personal choice but I usually go with 1 to maximise spy profitability (note your haunting/HtE end bonus) now as for which building to go for that's personal choice again. I go for balanced to get that extra hit. Pros Your hit range is much larger than that of an attack build. And again with correct BFE you can hit anything. I use mith to help with those larger ebs or people I can't quite hit cleanly. As for pure spy that's why I only use one attack building cheaper to change to one and easier to change back. As for those who are interested in converting the cost can be high, I would not suggest this build type for people new to the game as they'll hate trying to get into the bigger ebs. As they won't have the connections/friends/home clan who would allow you to come in with lower stats for attempts at equip. Any hansel will tell you it's hard getting into the bigger ebs (especially DS) to shoot at the equip you want. As for BFA. There';s many ways you can go about this, any ally is a good ally really. Just use them for trading as money is a little harder to come by than as an attack build. Other stuff Before anyone asks yes I will address the towered hansel build. As that is a useful type to have around. The towered hansel usually consists of 1 attack building and a bunch of towers both sdt and adt. It will affect your instant plunder (per hit on eb) but you still get the same bonus. Or close there to. I haven't exactly run my towered hansel through the ringer yet but if anyone has feel free to leave your experience with it.
Towered Hansel Towers! just what every war build needs! These can make a hansel a more formidable force in both OSW and EE wars. successful actions usually yield less plunder per hit (if using ADT) and make you even harder to sneak spies past farmer Joe (SDT) Pros A towered hansel has more of a chance to self KO when they have enough towers in ADT and SDT. making them harder to plunder off and more difficult to strip. This build is definitely NOT for the EB kind. Now if you are looking to convert to this kind, i suggest you have some sort of outlay in gold saved/banked and ready before you start. as this will get expensive. Cons This build is more difficult to grow, your instant plunder (plunder per hit) is much lower, even on HtE you don't gain anywhere near as much as your non towered counterparts. But then again, you want to war that's why you built towers. there isn't really much in the way of cons for this build aside that
Well I converted from a gh to Hansel if you wanna be PS for war then I suggest stable if you wanna be Hansel that's good in eb then I suggest a coe and back yourself up with bfa/bfe
Attack bfa is not useful for a spy build. Spy much more so. Use attack bfe to hit epics but dont buy attack bfa for help hitting bigger opponents. There isnt any point and you will be overwhelmed/fail.
Also mango you're addressing plunder per hit, not the final bonus payout. Per hit isn't how hansel builds make money
Not just you GT there's quite a few people asking about this, also if anyone has information they'd like to add feel free to follow me and let me know, you will be added to the post and credited as all functions aren't known in complete detail
Support! I'm debating whether I drop to a SH type build or try to grow. Need to e decent at EB and possibly an osw. Just feels hopeless with the current gap.
