clan member participation during eb tracker

  1. It would be nice to see how many hits each player has participated during the eb. I know a lot of owners and admins have had this issue.

We are recruiting and blabbing away in cc trying to get members to unload, hit hard, don't skim on certain eb's. Meanwhile a small player manages to sneak in the door in the middle of all the confusion.

I know it shows that a clan member is active or inactive in eb. But that member doesn't actually have to hit in order for it to be active. At the end of the eb it reads how many successful actions. While you struggled to unlock one of those dreaded eb's and filled your clan to 100 with what you think to be active members. You notice at the bottom of the list those players with the dreaded 0, 2, 5 and so.

This space could have been given to very active player who needed the equipment or was capable of doing significant damage.

So can we please have a counter/tracker next to each clan members name that's active in eb. This will enable us to encourage or kick out dead weight.

    Thanks,

    ViciousVixen :)

  2. That's a great idea vix, would certainly like to see it introduced :)

  3. I fully agree with this idea vix and support it 100%. I'm tired of doing huge unlocks and then noticing the odd member hit less than 10 times when during a 12 hour at least one full unload is doable. I'd say anything less than 100 hits will not make an impact on large unlocks. So therefore why even bother.

  4. Thanks sin and exactly my point twi! It's getting old and frustrating. Running a clan requires hard work and something to make it a little more smooth would be appreciated.

  5. You can track battle wins as is, and observe logs.

  6. Yes Please!!! It's so frustrating even seeing under 50 hits for the big eb's and unlocks, especially when that account gets the equipment and someone with 400 gets nada. Sure tracking people's battles may be an option but far too time consuming. The battle log hardly shows all actions, it shows only a percentage of hits. 18 actions in 12 hours and you got a scroll?! I keel.

  7. tracking battle hits can give false information. It does not include spy actions and those hits could be pVp. having a tracker is a far better way of doing things and shouldn't be very difficult to create either :D

  8. Code it then:p

Lol. Between logs and battle hits you should be able to get a pretty good idea.

But for the tracker - continuous updates or something similar to war where it updates after x time intervals?

I'd think the second would be easier.

I'm just wondering as to the extent of stress on the system by this - if you recall the old system wars were updated every ten min, and the LB hourly. They're obviously not anymore, and I'd think it's because computational resources would be better used elsewhere. I think we'd run into the same issue here - it's one thing to update a war every 10 min or an hour (given that there are probably never more than 80 on at once anymore) but there are hundreds if not thousands of EBs running at once.

So, in order to partially solve this I'd apply the tracker only to EBs that exceed a certain amount of time (I'd go 12 hours). And at this, I'd have an update at several hour intervals rather than single ones.

    Thoughts?

  9. yes my thoughts are, something is counting it somewhere as we participate in order to give us successful actions per player at the end of the eb. Therefore whatever is counting, should be brought forward so we can see it.

No matter how you suggest we look at battle win/loss record, its still not an accurate piece of information because it can be manipulated and spies are disregarded.

its a great idea... just get on board with it, its not going to hurt you or any other player unless you are one of those people who choose to do min participation in an eb.

    Thank you,

    ViciousVixen ;)

  10. That's why I say you can utilize the battle log as well. A pain, but it works.

Yes, something is counting. But the constant refresh is probably unnecessary (a 20min interval is pointless IMO) which is why I suggested intervals similar to wars, but larger in time. Also why I suggested only applying it to long (12 hour plus) EBs with refresh intervals of a few hours. I'd think would apply less stress to the system.

Maybe in your opinion, but I can see better uses of resources than this. It's like the unload all button people bring up - it makes life easier and less time consuming, but doesn't add a "new" aspect to the game.

So I'll continue helping develop it, but I'd rather see variable enchanting or clan system revamps first.

  11. as i think this is a good idea the downfall is for players less active than the average hourly player, just because they have only hit a few times doesnt mean they shouldnt be paid for it. . . . . Right? They still used those troops after all

  12. Love to see this introduced as well but I think android players can already do that
