Hi, one of my clan members had been unable to login since over a week ago. He had been communicating with KAW customer service but still unable to log in. Info I get is he just reinstalled KAW after a phone/device crash, and KAW is rejecting his device and there is no way out. Funny thing is, we can always login from web, but his account also get rejected when he tried to login from web. KAW said too many device login disabled. How did that happen? This is a technical issue that us forumers cannot solve. Even though he may be in contact with support. I encourage your buddy to keep trying to get it resolved through them.
