Please dont come into forums asking for a hire. Forums dont want to hear it, you'd be better off going to WC and asking for one there. Hires dont do anything for you after the first 1.5b hire cost. They only give you 1m each time, and you will benefit much more by building right and going to join a subclan and hitting the epic battles, buying allies, and earning 500m, and more per eb. That is a lot of gold for a smaller player and will advance you much further faster.

Secondly, id go to the clans and alliances section of the forums, and look through the clan recruitment threads. Find a clan you really like the look off, and ask them if they have a subclan or room for someone of your stats. They can teach you the game, how to grow, what to build, and what to do in certain situations. Feel free to wall me if you need any help.
