chaos wars: war times

  1. I've seen a # of ppl complain about war times.

    Devs need to change up war times on alternate days

    Ex: using USA est
    M, W, F, S - 3am, 9am, 4pm and 10pm
    T, R, U - 6am, 12pm, 6pm
