Ok so I'll make this as brief as possible. If I get a lot of support I'll pitch this to support. If not I'll request a mod to lock. Here is my Pitch. Zta permanent as the new hte. Hte price lowered as the new Rotwb. Rotwb gotten rid of period. Brief discussion of of these ideas. First Getting Rid of Rotwb. Simple plan, no one actively buys horns any longer (not sure if they were ever actual profit from the start). Only reason I see Rotwb being ran is because Hte drops horns. New players start of Llbc & Hte isn't considerably more difficult than haunts. Secondly Making hte the new rotwb. Theoretically this is already happening as we speak. Rotwb took 5 mins to finish & Hte took 20-30 at the start. Now adays hte might last 10 minutes on a good day in most clans. My pitch is to reduce seals to 4$ and let hte become a premium battle for smaller players. Lastly making Zta the new hte. Just as the title says, let's make Zta the new hte with a few minor tweaks to the battle. Make the bars longer or put a damage cap on zta. This ensures players get their moneys worth from it. Seeing how devs need to turn a profit to make this realistic. Offer "Piece Deals" say 50 for 4$ or offer completed circles for 8$. Keep the ability for everyone to work together to open & allow a cost efficient way for one or two players to open alone. Now Ive seen concerns about this hurting the new gold sink & promos will haft to be taken into account. The gap will widen & shrink at the same time. Spending players will always have the advantage. However this will allow cheaper alternatives to small players while enticing them to spend & ultimately fund the game itsself. I've suggested this on a few forums & decided if it went well I would pitch the idea to the support team. Feel free to offer constructive criticism as always.
HtE pays well why would they drop it to 29 nobs. When people would BC twice as fast. Then we'd have new buildings sooner then expected
40 nobility points, & point being that it could be the smaller premium battle to help players grow while a larger more difficult premium battle is there for larger players. Also note, paying players will ALWAYS grow faster. Premium battles offer more for money spent. Not a great thing but still unfortunately fair as they support us by funding the game thus its lifespan.
Pretty much what I've been thinking. I don't think you'll need to get rid of ROTWB, just leave it. Devs will most likely make ZTA permanent either way.
Honestly it could stay or leave & barely be noticed or missed. I figure it would just be less hassle to be rid of it period.
Maybe, but eh. ZTA makes the devs most money when it is special. When it is on for a specific time, more people buy nobs to buy circles, thus increasing profits for that period. If devs make ZTA permanent, then yes, their profits will go up, but gradually. It won't rise as it would during special times. Eventually, I think it will be made permanent. But as of now, I think the devs will bring it back once every month to maximize their profits -- while still keeping it a special EB
No Support for perming ZTA Increase other EB's plunder.. So non spenders have some hope of scratching new land
If they made it pern players would invest more into it. I understand the novelty of making it a every so often "Promo" however keeping it around would increase spending more as it replaced hte.
I agree with raising plunder on other ebs. I also support raising PvP plunder as well. Problem with eb plunder us they are free. Zta would be labeled as a premium battle which falls under the "Pay more, to Get more" Theory.
It's not a charity to make things even.. Without non spenders kaw will die withing days.. "U give to take"
Without spenders devs do not turn a profit, no profit means kaw becomes a charity case & relies solely on third party supporters worse than "Free Nobs".
Ebs don't need a another plunder boost, I agree with making another premium eb though. Something around 4.99 usd would be great
LOL.....you realize the obvious fail in that comment...right? "without the non spenders kaw with die within days"? You think McDonalds would go out of business if the people who came and bought a $1 coffee and spent the whole afternoon getting free refills didn't show up? Do you think Pizza Hut would go out of business if the people who didn't order pizza continued to not order pizza? No...the paying customers are what keeps the doors open and keeps them selling their product. Freeloaders do not drive the economy. ATA makes money from selling stuff. The people that buy stuff are what keep the game going. The people who don't buy stuff are the filler material. They are easily replaceable and are a very very small part of what keeps the game going. Would kaw suffer if every one of the non-spenders didn't log on? Sure, less participation and less clan chat and all that would be a bummer....but that's not going to actually happen and new folks will come take their place. "it's not a charity to make things even." Yes, actually, that's exactly what it is. Give something away for free that others have had to pay for. That's a charity....and it will instantly anger those that had to pay for it. If someone can be just as big, just as fast, while spending no real money....why would anyone spend the money? If you remove the spenders from kaw....then the game will die.
Lol no I don't cuz I wasn't asrguing about stopping spending, people will keep purchasing xtals/nobs, but what I was arguing about is to retain and keep our non spenders and light speders in, u should watch the quiting ratio, people are losing hope.
I really like this idea, i think that ROTWB should stay but that ZTA should definitely be a permanent EB to be used by the clan when wanted.
