T4 lvl1 has lower stats than T3 lvl 3

 

T4 level 1 has BETTER stats, I don't know who told you otherwise.

T5 also has higher stats.

Not true

 

Stats go up, but sometimes plunder goes down *at first* when switching from t3 to t4. Just get it upgraded fully and you'll be fine.

 

Look at the building guide it helped me for a hansel

 

In my opinion CoE.

 

CoE is better stats but titains lair gives 1 mil more plunder.
