    T1
    Stable L1: Price 25,000
    Money returned:5,000
    Percentage: 20%
    Stable L2: Price 200,000
    Money Returned: 45,000
    Percentage: 22.5%
    Stable L3: Price 1,500,000
    Money Returned: 345,000
    Percentage: 23%

    Total cost: 1,725,000

    ***this is the same for all Tier 1 buildings

    T2
    Forge L1: Price 1,750,000
    Money Returned:350,000
    Percentage: 20%
    Forge L2: Price 3,000,000
    Money Returned: 950,000
    Percentage: 31.66%
    Forge L3: Price 5,000,000
    Money Returned 1,950,000
    Percentage: 39%

    Total cost:9,750,000

    ***These stats are the same throughout Tier 2

    Tier3
    Summoning Circle L3:price 850,000,000. Money Returned: 266,000,000
    Percentage: 31.29%
    Summoning Circle L2: Price 350,000,000
    Money Returned:96,000,000
    Percentage: 27.42%
    Summoning Circle L1: Price 130,000,000

  9. It's just a flat rate of 20% of the total amount spent on building and upgrading the building. So when you sell a L3 building, you're getting back 20% of the build cost, plus 20% of the L2 upgrade cost, plus 20% of the L3 upgrade cost. Flat percent. 20.
