  1. As a ex vet starting over again i would like to know the best buildings for stats and plunder to put down first

    All guilds on hl
    Empty lands on hf and sea lands

  3. for stats: balanced buildings everywhere.
    for plunder: highest spy building everywhere with one troop building on LL.

  4. Fill LL with assassin guilds and start your build on HL but slowly convert your LL buildings Into higher tier buildings after you have started your bulld on HL
