I am a fairly adept player, but I could use some tips because I will be expanding into the Hoarfrost shortly. I was wondering if y'all could give me tips on how I should go about placing towers on the HF as I begin to transition to a war build in the next two or three months. The advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks! ️Much love and blessings.
Your only spy defense towers should go on the Hoarfrost lands. Don't put any on the low or highlands. You should also get some...troop defense towers. I don't know what the hell the A in ADT stands for. But put a few of these on the highland since they're cheap and barely take any plunder.
Place towers on every third land. Your first tepee should be L3 but on your third one don't upgrade past level one or you will fail your next 49 hits. In between every tower there should be 2 spy buildings so that spies can't sneak onto the tower and kill the guards.
Towers are ridiculously expensive to put into the HF lands. It costs somewhere around 10 tril to fully put down 25 lvl 3 buildings of any type and seeing that towers are the most important part of a war build, you need a lot of them. It could be wiser to stick to towers in the HL if you don't have that kind of cash. Also, if you want towers in the HF, you need to put them all up at once. They destroy plunder making it impossible to do towers one by one. My recommendation is to fully complete your build to an adequate size before mass building towers. Hope this helps ️
You're gonna want 2-3M SDT & 1-3M ADT by BC. I suggest putting both on HF. Remember to have 2-4 T in tradable allies & 2-3T in seed gold before you throw up towers, because your plunder is going to suck.
But the price difference between HL and HF towers is huge, where as the stat difference is minuscule. Why do people put towers on HF evades me.
That is actually false. Plunder is negatively affected by the amount of static stats you have. Think of it this way: You have Total Strength and that is a sum of you attack strength and defense strength. Now, when you put towers up, your total strength grows due to an increase in defense BUT your attack strength doesn't grow. This is why your plunder decreases, so the plunder dispersion is related to size, not the number of buildings (directly).
