Attack Build (OAF) The Attack Build consists of troop type buildings only, this build will just about always win it's first attack unless it is grossly under the enemy's ally stats. The only thing is you'll almost always lose when defending against an attack or a spy attack. Balanced Build The Balanced Build consists of an even number of (approximately) even balance attack and defence type buildings. This build will nearly always win in either attack or defence against a build, however it will usually lose against a spy attack. Defensive Build A Defensive Build consists of an even number of (approximately) even balance attack and defence type buildings, but will rarely win an attack. Mixed Build A Mixed Build has so many variations. The most common one though is 8 spy buildings and 16 troop buildings, assuming lowland complete build only. This build offers good spy defence and spy attack, as well as ok attack. Pure Spy Build (OSF) A Pure Spy Build Consists of Guilds or Stronghold of Shadows. These builds will nearly always win in a spy attack, but have no attack troops. These builds are anonymous and serve well as OSFs but give out low plunder. Hansel/Hybrid Build A Hansel Build consists of Guilds or Stronghold of Shadows along with 1 troop Building. A Hybrid build is the same, except without the troop building. These builds are good for allowing a couple of hits or for spying and being 'too weak' to attack. Hybrids are good for opening then putting up a troop building to keep you from getting unwanted hits. Also, Hansel builds are unable to be hit with no gold out other then by another Hansel build or a very weak player. Tower Build A Tower Build consists of Defensive Towers or Defensive Fortresses. These builds have no troops, however, they are good for allowing free steals or scouts, gold must be available to steal for this strategy. These builds are difficult to win against in an attack. Turtle Build Turtle Builds have lots of differtent variations. A turtle build is any build with higher defence then possible with full troop buildings. This build often contains lots of towers and very few troop buildings. These builds are very rare.
I researched this so it's not false descriptions.. These are the way the kaw describe the builds in all the research I did...
An OAF is a open attack farm u can use spy to steal off of, an osf opens for people to attack and gain moneyfrom. They are not builds...
To clear this up - an attack build is not necessarily an OAF likewise a spy build is not necessarily an OSF, these denote a player whom is willing to be farmed and either has gold out, drops pots or maintains build in order to open for other players. The other descriptions are not too bad. OP I would suggest editing this thread, read a thread like the kaw handbook to guide you. Having a basic description thread is a good idea for new players, but this needs work. Apophis
Remake it, add some colour and other bb codes, get your information CORRECT, have somebody proof read. then delete it and never post on forums again.
Even IF you had done this correctly. Its been done a hundred times before. A few are even stickied. You get an F-
Same wording as the build section in the Kaw handbook... That and your balanced build AND your defensive build both start with the same description.(???) Fail....
