Black Butler Fan Fiction (part one)

Ciel put his hands together. The day had been exhausting for him and it was only halfway over. There was still the interview with the girl who had volunteered to be a new maid. His mind couldn't begin to fathom why on Earth she would want to be a maid for the Phantomhive Manor.
"Sebastian?" Ciel asked in a low voice.
"Yes, Bo-chan?" Sebastian replied.
"When will the girl be arriving?" Ciel's mind was wandering and hallucinating objects on his desk. His mind was slowly shutting down but his will to stay awake kept overpowering.
Sebastian took his watch out of his waistcoat pocket. Silently, he flipped it open to see the time. His eyes lowered to see Ciel's face.
"She will be arriving shortly, young master," He said.
"Sometimes i wish there was some way for people to arrive quicker than by carriage," Ciel muttered. "This is one of those times." His voice let out a sigh.
Sebastian let out a chuckle. The light in his eyes shimmered in amusement. His head bowed slightly to the left to indicate his approval of the idea.
"Sebastian, please prepare tea while i wait for our guest," Ciel ordered calmly.
"Yes, young master." Sebastian bowed and made his way for the door.
"Oh, and accompany our guest to my office when she arrives."
"As you wish, Bo-chan," was all Sebastian said as his life-form left the room.

When the carriage arrived, Sebastian showed the girl to Ciel's office. Nothing bothered Ciel about her features as she looked human enough. The only thing that really sent him on the edge was her eyes. They were a soft silvery-purple color and the light being reflected off only made them look white. There was also a tint of blue when Ciel had first seen her eyes. He pretended not to notice their cold glare though.
"Let us start with your name," Ciel had picked up some papers showing him her capability.
"My parents named me Rose Nightingale before they abandoned me," Her voice was soft and was somehow also shallow. Her hands folded in her lap as though she was trying to keep them from squirming. She looked fragile, like a doll.
"Very interesting name.....might you be related to Aaron Nightingale?" Sebastian asked gently, as though he was trying not to wake a sleeping lion. Rose nodded her head slightly.
"Yes, Aaron was my father...." her voice grew quiet. Her thumbs were fumbling around and her eyes closed. There was a glow around each of Rose's features.
"Aaron Nightingale hmm....he worked with my father in the Funtom Company" Ciel lowered his gaze away from Rose. Aaron had been a close friend to his father, but to hear that he had not only left the country to find work when Ciel's father died, Aaron had also left his only child behind. Now, she was seeking work from Ciel in hopes he might return the favor that her father had done for his.
"What do you think, young master?" Sebastian asked. The light was bouncing off his eyes and there was a slight hint of curiosity in his glare.
"Rose...," Ciel began. Her eyes reopened as though they were brought back to life. "Your capability is beyond what i would expect from you, and knowing that your father had once worked with mine, you may become a maid for the Phantomhive Manor."
Her eyes flickered in the light as if some secret prayer had been answered. Rose stood from her chair and bowed to her new master. Ciel put the papers in the top drawer of his desk.
"Sebastian will show you and your belongings to your new room," Ciel stood up and walked to the window. "You also may want to be careful of Bardroy, Finnian and Mey-rin." His voice was full of amusement as was his grin.
Sebastian bowed to Ciel and escorted Rose to her room while steering away from Bard, Finnian, Mey-rin, and even Tanaka. He thought that Rose and Ciel had more than enough for one day and didnt need anything else to be chaotic. When they arrived at the door, Sebastian opened it, lead Rose inside and quickly left to attend to the young master's needs.
Although Rose had been scared of the outcome of her first meeting with Ciel, she had calmed down quite a lot. She carried her things and placed them next to the bed. Her unpacking would begin tomorrow when the sun wasn't even up. For now though, Rose changed into her night gown and slipped into bed. The sight of the ceiling was comforting to her odd way of life. As Rose slowly drifted off to sleep, she couldn't help but wonder how her father came acquainted with Ciel's father. Her mind also pondered on why he had left her and her mother. Rose could slightly understand why her mother died of grief but not very well. Soon sleep took over, but Rose felt as though a pair of eyes were watching her every move as the sight left her eyes.

For those who don't know about black butler, it is an anime taking place around the 1890's. Sebastian is a butler and Ciel is the head of the Phantomhive manor. this story is also on my deviantart account and i wanted to know if i should write more fan fiction for black butler or if i shouldn't :?: but anyways hoped you enjoyed

 

maybe you guys dont look hard enough but i have seen fan fics on soul eater and other animes, "fan fiction" isnt just where you post stories on stuff but where you post stories to get ideas on if you should continue writing. if you have a problem with this being "KaW" fan fiction, than dont read it and go read something else. its as simple as that. i dont mean to be mean but thats the truth.

 

and also for storal, the personalities become more clear farther in both the manga and anime, you'll have to watch at least more than just one episode.

 

i know but still, i just want feedback from ppl who read it

 

@paradox black butler is from the 1800's they didnt think like we do now :/
