BFE is an issue, players can very easily have 100m CS from BFE nowadays. And if you dont agree this is an issue now, your gonna have a hard time denying in 3 months when people have over 200m CS from BFE. If devs keep pushing the stats from equipment thats EASILY possible. And Tbh, the only real reason this is an issue is because the equipment is dropped one time from one event and never again.. If devs brought a different, repeatable way to obtain such great equipment then this (depending on how it actually works) could really solve this issue. Im curious if the upcoming legends system will do something of the sort. Also some have suggested a buff to EB equip and this is viable too but the things needed to enchant EB equip should be guaranteed drops not leaving it to RNG if its gonna take so many of them. A buff to EB equip would solve the problem. But that has been suggest for a long time and BFE still needs (or is going to need in the near future) a viable way to be mitigated for the players who dont have a lot of it. Better potions would be another way to do this. Currently, having every Attack def pots gives you 4m def CS bonus. While every Spy def pot give you 3.1m def CS bonus. Granted the player attacking uses no attack potions at all. On the other hand, Attack pots offer roughly 6.2m CS advantage when used on a player with no def pots, or 2.1m CS on a player that is using all def pots. While Spy attack pots will offer 4.7m CS advantage when attacking player with no spy def pots or 1.6m CS when attacking a player with all spy def pots. All the stats obtainable from pots are fairly worthless if you have enough BFE. I suggest devs increase both equally so that the stat difference when using all of both (E.G. A player with all def pots being attacked by a player with all attack pots) is similar but the overall stats is much greater and somewhat proportionate to the amount of BFE currently in game as well as BFE that is going to be put in in the future. That way a player with all def pots will have an actual advantage over players who arent using some or all attack pots. Making BFE less effective in an offensive standpoint. Now, since attack pots have an advantage in that they slow your opponent down, I suggest the price of def pots be far greater than the price of atk pots. I dont have any actual numbers to suggest since Ive no idea what kind of BFE devs will be dropping next. Currently Id say triple or even quadruple the values of all pots, substantially increase their cost and make def pots a good amount more expensive than atk pots.
Players should not have to tower to mitigate something that they can not obtain. EDIT: As in new players. Not that every player should be expected to be active in every single event or be at a pretty marginal disadvantage. Plus BFE goes both ways so towering just enhances the problem the more EQ is released.
Yeh whatever makes no sense there's an event every 2 weeks plenty of chance to get equip. But anyway while we're on the subject I'd like all equip to be % based encouraging growth so we don't see any of these little crappy drop builds floating around. I can dream.
I actually misused the term CS. When I said 30m I was only taking into account a player having 30m atk or def bfe. So yea, 140m CS is far more accurate. Your a great example ty for sharing. Just edited op to change this
Naw, cause then it widens the gap between full troops and from empty, and would make fighting from pin against an enemy who is high in troops virtually impossible.
People already get up to 30℅ stat bonus from oracle items. Making all eq % would be interesting but you'd be talking about some huge advantages/disadvantages pots would help negate drop builds since all players have access to pots.
could BFE for hit range like BFA does, then all those who dropped build after getting good BFE will know
Agreed. This is especially frustrating in low tier Indi wars. People with high bfe just dominate others with equip from the past/lacklustre equip in general, while they are considered the same-ish CS with others. Towers do not actually mitigate strong bfe in this tier, unless you have bfe yourself. I suggest bfe be factored in to CS like BFA is, especially since smalls like me can have 6b combined raw bfe which renders any semblance of bfa obsolete. Edit: This gives people who have returned from a long hiatus at least some relevance in Indi wars.
TL;DR quick question, you do realize that bfe is based on attack power right? And not "CS" ? Combined stats are based on your bonus to allies NOT your attack power. So if you have 100m EQ it is really like the equivalent of a T3 building. As it buffs your attack power and not your bonus to allies. So really EQ isn't that much of a jump untill your up around my area of BFE where I'm looking at 1.3b to spy attack when my actual spy attack power is 6.4b but even at my tier your BFE is essentially negated because everyone has the same EQ. Just wondering if you took that in to account with your thoughts.
Yes, I have, and it is painfully obvious that there exist people without all the top tier equipment, as I can ass through 15-20m sdt.
Bump and yes I realize you must multiply BFE x .02 (or divide by 50) to get actual cs bonus. So E.G. 1bil bfe = 20mcs thanks for pointing that out
