better war times

  5. Slip a couple more wars in a day. Make a cap as to how many wars one can cast for as well. A cap within a 24 hr span. This way - war lbs wont have to go crazy with 8 wars a day(assuming the cap is 4) and more people can chase war lbs with more flexible time slots
