Hi all, I have a new idea I've been tossing around in my head a bit and finally decided to share with the community. This would be a huge addition to the game so I wouldn't be that surprised of it's never added but I guess you never know! Please leave suggestions to add/improve to this idea. Trolls and people just leaving comments saying "no this will never work" or "stupid idea this is for noobs" please just go to the next thread. This would be a new way to test your might against another clan. Idea is that a clan would have it's own defense whose strength would be determined by bonuses given by regular epic battles. Same bonuses from what is given now from completing certain ebs will be given to the defense. Now when a battle is started between two clans it won't be clan vs clan it will be clan vs clans defense. The clans defense will be much similar to an eb. As already stated the strength of that defense will be the bonuses and clan size/players regular defense. (These are things that can be worked out by devs) The battle begins by clan 1 challenging clan 2 in a siege attempt. Now the battles length will be determined by what the challenger believes they can take down the clans defense. So lets say you size up a rival clan and decided it will only take you less than an hour clan 1 would submit a challenge to clan 2 saying they will siege the castle in one hour. Clan 2 takes up that challenge. Wages can be put on these sieges. Still working on what the wage can be as it needs to be something that can't be exploited. Could be gold but that would put easy access to transferring gold. Could be mith , no one wants to part with that but again can be transferred too easily if players wanted. Clan 2 would not be able to attack the sieging army. They would not be able to participate in a regular eb but instead would be "attacking" their own bar which would be to send out offensive units to hurt the army intruding like actual castle defenses. Shooting 1000 arrows, catapults, ect. More ideas in addition would be: -clans castle can be repaired at the cost of something equivalent to an xtal. Wouldn't fully repair but would fix a wealthy amount -could have phases like regular ebs up to a certain amount. Depending on number of successful defending sieges a clan can earn tokens to buy certain defenses just like what an eb has ie. pot phase, needing certain equip, ect. Anyway this is just the beginning to this idea. If there's enough support and positive feedback to this I will create an official thread with going into more detail happy kawing!

I like your idea to a extent. Why not use the ee war type strategy we use now. Clans will battle it out as normal but only once one teams side is completely KO can the team do damage to the clans fortress. Can be a timed event to see who does most damage to fortress in a few hrs or till one sides fortress is destroyed. Could be a diff type of way to war and i think this would work better then ur current idea
I like that wicked. However how's my times during an actual ee war does the team get completely koed?
If all players have been pinned/ko or sko the team with players up can attack clans fortress. In a timed event clan who does most damage wins.
Well I was thinking maybe some kind of exclusive equip.. Much similar to mith eq. As far as stats for eq that can yet to be determined by the difficulty of this new addition. Just keep in mind that I want this idea to really introduce a whole new part to the game not just an add on. It would give reason to really be a defensive player instead of attack builds/gh. I think the cost of defense buildings would have to be increased as well as new tier defense buildings. Winners could win the wager or a mith like type prize. Winning attackers could win previously stated and complete banks of defenders. Losers could get automatic spell that reduces max plunder and winners higher max plunder. Defending winners could receive spell to increase defense with levels for each win. Not only would this help preventing sieges but it would also help in other wars/osw
Losing attackers would also get a decrease in attack. So there would be a pretty big risk to help decrease exploits. And a big advantage to win again there would need to be some sort of system in place here to prevent exploits in winning or losing on purpose to make your clan strong. Either a limit on bonuses or how many time a clan can challenge in a day. Perhaps a special item to initiate the siege like the 3x ebs have. I'm just tossing ideas around and would like feedback After all this game is made for us players, so why not?
I full heartedly do not like this idea. This is encouraging yet another method of competition between players and clans that has nothing to do with war. This is a pvp war game and we have enough crap that takes us further from that every year. this is like EB fighting another clan, it's terrible and weak and if kaw implements something like this over the dozens of excellent pvp suggestions that have been made then I would uninstall
i think if you use same set of rules like ee and add clan fortress idea for the other team having to destroy it and can only hit fortress when whole team is down
