1st get intel from ebs to try find a pattern of sleep.

2nd ask close friends if they have any info.

3rd track activity wins/losses quests, if u can try do this for the longest time possible to ensure accuracy.

4th small test strip (one or two of there smaller mid-range ally's)

5th strip them lot and slap them silly with all your spy friends.

6th welldone you, your efforts payed off nicely

It is also great to have others scout bomb as you are stripping! If the player is around or lurking unexpectedly then the scouts at least cover the news of those allies being bought. Then he either has to search for a decent ally or hurry and dump into a crap one
