Banner enchant success rate..?

  1. I'm on the verge of having enough materials to enchant my war banner. Anyone else tried yet? I'm curious about the success / fail ratio.

  5. No fail rate for scrolls, would hazard it does reset to lvl 1 though when the aqua and inferno enchants come along.

  6. No fail is good. To be clear, banner uses no scrolls. It's steal, cloth, bloodwood, and bronze.
