Prologue: Centuries ago... When all seemed lost, and the world was engulfed in turmoil. Every nation fought for it's right to stay independent, alliances were made and broken. Even the greater nations were at their limits, did a powerful being arise to end the quarrelling nations. Once the world was finally at peace did this being disappear. Shrines were erected in honor of the end of the great world war... and legend has it that one shrine holds this being if ever it was needed once more.
Unwelcomed and Unexpected: Deep in space far from Earth, an armada was being formed for an invasion of Earth. Countless convoys of cruisers, battleships, and stardestroyers rallied near a warp-gate. Meanwhile on back on Earth centuries after the events of World War |||, the planet was enjoying the peace that was resulted. No strife, no starvation loomed over the citizens of the free nations. All was perfect... For now. New Years Day: 12 pm, 2167 AD. The world was preparing for the next day, the Bicentinial of the end of the Third World War. Though half the world was not feeling the Sun's warmth no heart was cold towards another. As the festivities a secret organization is busy at work. Suddenly the sky becomes illuminated and an armada takes up orbit around the Earth. The armada charges it's batteries and let's loose a barrage of proton shells onto the Earth's surface setting the cities ablaze.
January 3, 2167 AD International Affairs Delegation... United Kingdom delegate, "We MUST strike back! I propose the use of our remaining ICBM's to be launced into orbit directly at their flagships, then send in our fighters!" Australian delegate, "We would surely loose! And the radiation! Would our fighter pilots resist the nuclear residue that would follow? I do not agree to this proposal!" French delegate, "And what would you do instead? Let our home be destroyed, or worse! Our people enslaved?! I agree to the United Kingdom's proposal." After every delegate finished speaking the majority was decided. American delegate, "So it's decided... We nuke the flagships, then send in our own fighters into the fray."
