Attack Builds [edited version]

  1. * The test has been redone, it is precise

At the time of this experiment, my stats include:

    Attack/Def: 4,115,036 - 4,115,036
    Spy Attk/Def: 104,960 - 104,960

    Average attack damage = 200
    Average spy damage = 120

As you can see, I am extremely attack heavy. Now, let's get to the epic battle numbers.

This test was done during Haunting: The Escape on both tests.

    Epic Battle #1:

    37 spy attacks
    18 attacks
    1,218,427,086 end bonus
    3,086,527,977 total gold

    Epic Battle #2:

    17 attacks
    0 spy attacks
    900,412,413 end
    2,315,346,205 total

I've redone the test, so they are basically identical. I can see now that spies are beneficial, even for my stats. The idea that spies decrease plunder for attack builds is false.

  2. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

You did 8 more attacks on the second test then the first test. It's not surprising that those 8 attacks gave you more plunder then 37 spy attacks as you had 100k spy attack.

  3. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

This shows that if you're attack heavy you shouldn't use spies, as they seem to do nothing/decrease end bonus.

  4. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

Lol this dont mean anythink imo if not a troll im sorry.

  5. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

It was 8 more atks. And you have to consider skimming/regen. Try to empty from full and dont regen during the unload, then dont hit eb anymore. Say your first atk is 150m as a heavy atk, your assassinate might start anywhere 5-9m first hit and become less each hit

  6. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

Meh its easier to unload all troops

  7. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

His "proof" is not really proof, but it is true.

When using spies and troops on a full unload with my current build, I make 3.4b on a full unload (that's just final payout).

I make 3.7b with a troop only unload payout

  8. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

I did the same test with my build awhile back. Made 10b more using my spies on HTE max xstal and 1 item phase. I lost my notes lol

  9. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

Of your going to run a comparison. All things must be equal except the element you are testing.
Same attack pattern. Skim or not and only variable should of been using spies.
You invalidated your results by changing the amount of attacks

  10. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

I honestly didn't read this, but I am going g to respond anyways. Your tests seemed good, you should've tried to keep them more contained though.

I am not sure if you explained why you get more plunder with attacks than with spy actions, so I will explain it.

You get more for attacks than spy actions because of plunder. Simply stated, you don't get plunder from spy actions (except steals, but who does EBs with those anyways). So if you get 200 Attacks only on an EB, that is all solid plunder. But if you get 150 Attacks and 50 assassinations, not all of your actions were plunder related thus giving you less of an actual reward.

  11. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

    Lets do some math here.

1410858368 plus 3627921519 is equal to 5038779887 or about 5 bil. This is the total plunder of your second test.

5038779887 divided by 26 is equal to 1937992264. This is the total plunder per attack.

1937992264*18 is equal to 348838076 or about 3.5 bil. The total plunder of the first test was about 4.2 bil meaning the spy actions contributed about 700 million making it more profitable to use spy actions then to not.

  12. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

Orb, we aren't looking at the actual plunder than we are of the gold you get at the end of the EB. Yes assassinations contribute to the "Plunder" value for EBs, but you don't get more of a reward for that extra. Your bonus is mainly given based on attacks.

  13. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

U noob bet u did items u plonker

  14. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

You shouldn't drop spies as an attack build on HTE anyway. Be nice to the rest of your clan and keep eb on longer...

  15. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

Also it's ur allies too we don't have the same

  16. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

What you should do is unload with spies and no spies

  17. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

I heard about this when i first started playing. Havent seen the numbers for it but these people i know swear by it.

They tend to look for in active farms for there spies.

  18. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

This is a failed test. It has no benefit to a better understanding of current attack build plunder mechanics. Case closed!

I suggest running more controlled tests in the future.

    Good luck!

  19. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

End bonus is based off action to damage ration that's y hansels make more end bonus there troops and spies to about the same damage so there action to damage ratio is higher than atk build hitting with troops and spies because there spies do way less damage than there troops

  20. Re: Attack Builds, are you limiting your EB Gold?

Yoda.. That's mega wrong info. My hansel attacks hte for around 80, assn for about 240

On this account I attack for around 230, assn for around 140.

    That's flawed info.
