this is ridiculous. people paying real money to open royals and they can't even have the decency to share drop rates on their items. this is a big problem considering loot boxes are a form of gambling. not enough people talk about this. disgusting business practices if you ask me.
I can't actually see the picture that you posted as it is tiny... But you aren't the only one that is concerned over drop rates. I can only speak of my personal traumatic experience, I have been opening chests for almost 3 years now and still haven't gotten a pet. Many people have been creating their own army of alts to farm furniture, pets, charms and other items to trade with their main. It's becoming increasingly difficult to compete with people that have dozens of alts.
sorry for formatting. haven't posted on forums in ages. if you click it you can see the photo. If only people stopped spending the devs might actually care enough to fix the problem.
Ahh I see it now, had to use the magnifying 🔍 glass... It must be an incredibly low % drop rate, for why else would they refuse to release the information... I may come across as negative or sceptical but I max out every event and nearing 3 years with no pet; this really says it all...I can appreciate them making it a "rare" item and difficult to obtain but how rare is too rare, and how difficult is too difficult ?... In my opinion the drop rate is simply to low. I also don't have time to create 20 alts and farm furniture, pets, charms etc
I asked about % drop rates from boxes ages ago. As you don't technically pay to open the box, (you pay for a key) that's the work around in terms of gambling.
