A bird at that age just needs a little help getting off the ground. Seeing as how I'm a licensed professionaltroll I suggest you throw the bird into the air as high as you can. Cheers.
My parents once told me that Mother & Father Of baby birds break relation to them if They fall out of nest & are touched by some humans..Not Sure Its a Myth Or Truth..
I am not a vet but have dated a few animals, to be honest with you you have to take this animal to the vets. It is most likely in major pain and need either to be put down or received professional care.
Have seen in net that its a myth.. Birds have terrible smel powr. Also they are very protective of their children...
I have already tried and watched but their larents come and go away and watch that bird from some distance.... They are worried but they dont do anything.. And i think it has broken 1 leg...
I am no expert on animals but I have dealt with injured birds before. If the bird is fluffy/downy then the chick should still be in the nest however before you replace it in the nest make sure that it is the correct nest. If not then this could be bad for the chick as it may be in more danger than it was previously. Also make sure that if you move the chick it is within hearing distance of where you found it due to birds having a poor sense of smell and relying on their hearing to communicate. If the chick is feathered then it tried to leave the nest intentionally due to learning to fly. Many species of birds will hop around on the ground when young. The main thing you need to realise is that if you intervene with the bird at a young age and remove it from the wild, it will decrease the chick's long term survival due to not learning basic survival at a young age from it's parents. If the leg is broken then sadly there is little you can do apart from taking it to a vet but even then the chick is so young and fragile there is little a vet could do. In this case chances are the young chick will die sadly. It may survive so don't feel too bad but don't get too hopeful, just hope that the parents will start to look after it. If they don't then it would most likely fail to survive on it's own.
I suggest feeding them natural berry juices using an eye dropper. We saved a baby bird once but we fed it really watery rice cereal from an eye dropper one drop at a time. Also be sure to give water to hydrate. Can't you call a vet office to ask? Too?
It's a mith, I picked up a baby goose once and I got jumped by a flock of geese. Geese are ass holes.
Pretty much what Kezzer said, also if there's more than one chick it may of been pushed out of the nest so the stronger sibling will get more food, survival of the fittest as it were
That's a myth. If you really feel that bird will die if u don't feed it, u can feed it with a special baby bird formula, sold in any pet supply store. It's generally for parrots but worked for the 2 days old baby pigeon I had to nurse at some point. U need to feed it every 2hrs though, day and night. Add baby apple sauce to help digestion. It also depends on type of bird, some birds (usually the smaller kind) can eat small insects from day one, like crickets (I'd suggest to remove legs) - that's what their parents bring them anyway Good luck
