    I wanted to know when s4 is or any rumors about it. This is because I wanted to change to a war build and wanted to know if now is a good time to start. I have everything planned out. Thanks for your help️

  16. If you are planning to upgrade into a EE(?) build, i dont see how waiting would make a difference. Even if in osw.
