Guilds are a very important part of your kingdom. They make it stronger and raise your ally plunder cap. This means that you can get more ally plunder than before( you still need to hire allies to max this new plunder cap). Many people don't understand that allies are not only about the stats. When you get to a certain point in the game if you do not have allies and guilds you will not get as much plunder. Try my suggestion. You will be surprised by the results.
