Thinking of swapping out a tower.. Wondering if they both crush plunder equally or does one kill your plunder more?
Theres a thread by Dilly dedicated to questions. Please use this in the future as you are clogging AT. On topic, they both hurt your plunder pretty equally but overall, sdt will hurt it more since you need more sdt than adt
Or you don't have adt 0.o Most useless building You get dtw from atts only hancels have to deal with being open You already see your attacker even when they success on you And people are more likely to att you with spies than troops of you have no towers
Indeed a very good question... I get totally different answers (or opinions) when asking about the plunder impact of towers (and I don't have illimited funds to try out myself). However, as adt and sdt are different kind of buildings and serve different purposes, I guess noone will build those considering their plunder impact.
I'd take bald answer on this. He does a lot of war and gears up through red aperion so. I'd take his word for it
@Eclipse to be honest with the amount of ADT and SDT around at the moment i feel this question warrants a thread of its own Id love a few build experts to come on and breakdown plunder loss especially with l4/5 out My plunder sucks by the way unless I have edge which does make up for it a little
the amount of plunder it "kills" is equal to the plunder you would have got if you put a normal building there such as spy or soldier building. if on lowlands it will be different from highlands and hoarfrost. you wont get any straight answer unless you specify exactly what building was replaced with a tower. which tower kills more plunder? theyre both equal because neither tower will earn any plunder.
Ally that's wrong. Towers add strength and mess up your troop to strength ratio. While I does stop you from adding troop or spy buildings it also lowers overall plunder.
I've done some rough testing with numerous Alts. SDT decreases plunder more than ADT. I know.. I basically created an ADT tank and ADT hansel in the first place
