I was just looking at world chat and thought it's easy to categorise what goes on in world chat. You get ads, people saying they are looking for clans and general stuff that can't be categorised into either of the first two categories. So, here's the suggestion for the devs: Create two additional world chat features, one for ads and one for people 'looking for clans'. If people post ads in either of the 'non-ad' chat feeds, they get silenced by mods straightaway. It would take a bit of getting used to, but would certainly mean that it's easier to use world chat and users of world chat can get the content they're after.
