Only support can help you recover an account. If you submitted a ticket to ask for help with account recovery yesterday, there's a chance they did not have time to review it yet. Tickets are typically answered Mon-Fri during daytime hours (PST).
Contact support. Use the link on the main kaw page. Things that can expidite recovery: Provide IGN Provide your location Provide the email used /linked to acct. (Link to ata or facebook is helpful here.) If you ever purchased nobs / xstals etc Provide reciepts (google play/ ios both have methods to display purchases. ) For google And IOS putchasing is tied to an email. If ypu know this this can help narrow it down. Crtiical : names in kaw get creative. Please know EXACTLY the characters you used , barcodes i'm looking at you lol. If you left bread crumbs ( wall post/ forum post / war / clan logs etc ) screen shots help there too. But be prepared to prove who you are. Hope this can help someone Karma
