I was inactive for a little more than a year. Logged in to KaW again on iPhone through ATA and for some reason my alt was signed in. How can I recover my main acct if I don't remember the UDID associated with it?
I've done account transfers before and they've always asked for my UDID as confirmation. I don't how I could confirm my main is my main without it. I mean, I don't imagine it's as simple as saying "That's me" or people would just lie and steal accounts left and right.
Did you listen and do as I have told you? They will ask questions, and you can give them proof of your account is still around.
We moved away from UDIDs around 2013ish. They will ask you verification questions, however, that's between you and support. When you do recover your account, make sure to create an ATA ID. It ensures you'll never lose your account again.
