lolmakeacenterAbandoned Kingdom lolMy name's Visceral, Visceral Goldsmith. I'm a commander in the Kingdom army. Me and my men have been traveling for a few days over the sea, trying to get to the "Highlands" so we can end this Goddamn war. We have seen no problems so far, it's been smooth sailing for almost 7 days now. lol"Sir! We see movement under the water!" Shouts my personal guard over the crashing of the waves. lolI step out o my cabin and walk to the side of the deck. My sword sheath jingling against my belt, I walk over to the railing and look below. lolA tentacle wips out and grabs one of my spies, crushing his spine before he can even scream. We all stop for a second and watch the gory mess fall to the floor. lol"It's Z'uthmerak!" a sails man cries. lol"Everyone take cover!" I shout. lol"Fire!" lolA hail of arrows engulf the tentacle on the starboard, leaving it limp and dragging the ship down. lol"Push it off the deck or we'll drown!" my guard shouts. lolWe all immediately jump into action, forming a phalanx and moving across the sec slowly toward the dead tentacle. We reach the tentacle and push it off, not before the port side tentacle smashes into the phalanx and killing 8 of my men. lol"Concentrate on the last tentacle!" I shout, just as two fearless swordsmen jump and grab hold of the tentacle without fear of their lives. lolI see one of the men fall off as the tentacle flails. The other swordsman succeeds in climbing to the bottom and sawing off the tentacle. lolAfter the tentacle is cut off, I see the man fall into the beasts mouth itself. lolWe hear a crack as his rectum get bitten in half. lolWe look down at the pool of blood slowly forming in the water as the white form of Z'uthmerak swims away.
lolatyoulThe Ruins lolWe were traveling for seven days now, racing back to our kingdom to warn them about their impending doom. lolI glanced at my guard, his pale skin showed no sign of ever tanning, and yet he had dirty blonde hair and green eyes. He looked around 29 with his lean body and 5.9 feet of height. lolAfter we had defeated Z'uthmerak we knew that we had to sail back to our kingdom before it was destroyed. lolI walked into my cabin and looked at the full body mirror opposite the room's door. lolWhat I saw there looked very different from what it looked before the fight. What I saw in the mirror was a 36-year-old with black hair protruding in all all different directions. I also saw the normal deep blue eyes that my family has always had, a blue that looks darker than the sea at night. I was about 5.11 feet by 19, when I had stopped growing. Even though I've heard of growing potions before, I don't want to make myself look like a lion that has gotten a growth spurt, it would be unnatural. My hair looked a lot better before the fight, shaped in a side curve that was standard for all commanders in the kingdom army. lolI sighed and looked out the window to the gentle waves of the ever churning sea outside us. lolA muffled sound came from outside the door, it took me a few seconds to realize it was from the lookout, "Sir! Kingdom Valley in sight! It, it looks destroyed sir!" he shouted. lolI immediately ran onto the deck and started climbing up the ropes to the lookout tower. lolBy the time I reached the top of the tower and looked through the telescope I knew Kingdom Valley was already destroyed. lol"Well, looks like it's a ground game now," I muttered. /--------/-------/--------/ lolWe reached the shore and disembarked from the ship. lol"Sir! I recommend we go to Delise's castle! It would give us a clear view of what happened and would also provide us with weapons and ammunition," two soldiers said. lol"That would be a good plan. Move out!" I barked. lolDelise was the main marketplace of Gruoidar, the country we were in. It also hosted the biggest castle and amount of guards. I was already thinking of it but I didn't think it was a good idea until both of these men had voiced their opinion. /--------/-------/--------/ lolWe reached the castle after 3 hours of relentless walking. lol"Crack the door open! Let's see who sleeping beauty is." I said. lolMy rammers hastily ran forward and pounded the door with their ram. After 7 or so hits, the door gave way. lol"Move out men! Let's find out what's taken this place!" I shouted. lolI took a group of five men with me plus my personal guard. lol"We'll take the west side!" I said. /--------/-------/--------/ lolWe were walking through an alleyway when we heard a scream. I ran forward and saw woman's remains on the ground, torn apart by some sort of ghastly creature. I looked up to see where it might have come from when something jumped onto my back, clawing at my throat.

I'm trying to close up this short story, so I'm only doing The Haunting and the Z'uthmerak Ebs, I'm going to finish The haunting soon and kill off Z'uthmerak. This story is more or less a prep for me to start my writing, so that's why I'm ending this story so I can move onto something bigger. Enjoy!
lolatooyoulThe Forgotten Ones lolI grabbed the creature and wrenched it off my back, leaving bloody scrapes running from the bottom of the back of my neck to my scalp. I slammed it on the ground and took out my sword out just as it attacked me again. I felt the air go out of me as it's claws stabbed into my stomach.I slashed at it's arm but to no avail, I was falling backward to my death where it would stab me repeatedly until I died. lolRight before I blacked out I saw five arrows from my soldiers embed themselves in the creature as it prepared to strike me again. When it hit the ground my vision went black. /--------/-------/--------/ lol"...And make sure those doors are barred!" lolI immediately opened my eyes and looked around. Bloody messes on the walls, a painting from Vane Gouff lying on the ground reduced to splinters. lol"Report!" I barked. lol"Sir! The Myrmidons ambushed us! We stood no chance so we ran into here, the kings chamber. We know this is the cowards way out, and there are still people outside fighting, but we couldn't risk loosing you." lolMyrmidons were skeletal creatures that jumped from shadow to shadow to pick off their prey. They have two hand claws, much like a crab, that can grab onto things while ejecting poison into the victims body. The poison makes the person, if he or she survives, have massive spasms at certain times for a few days. No-one had heard of these creatures for over five decades. lolThe door smashed open, the splinters blinding some of my men. lol"Charge!" I yelled. lolI grabbed my sword and stabbed the nearest myrmidon, causing its body to explode in a mass of skeletal limbs and bits of flesh mixed with blood. I saw two of my men's heads get stabbed right through with a myrmidons mighty claws. lolIn a second it was over, fifteen out of sixty of my men were killed. I collapsed on a chair. lolI waved my attendants away. "I will survive, tend to the wounded first." lolI got up from my seat and my body started a phase of spasms, I gasped and fell on one knee. Then I heard gasps from my soldiers. I looked at my hand, it was glowing a sickly green like the rest of my body. I screamed at the top of my lungs as I felt my body being wrenched away to some place. /--------/-------/--------/ lolI groaned and looked around. I was in some sort of room with walls made of jade with an emerald sheen to it. There were runes running around the length of the walls, Blood runes. lolI turned around and ran down a tunnel. I kept on running until my stamina had ran out. I sat down and looked it both directions. lolThe emerald light was gone, so was the bright light coming from the other side. I finally confirmed where I was: The hellish Island called No Quarter.
Also, you may notice things moving at a quicker pace now. Sorry for that, I'm just anxious to start a new story
